This policy explains delivery destinations, costs, and times for Uk supermarket orders.

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United Kingdom only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Shipping cost

Free UK shipping on eligible orders. There is no extra checkout charge for standard UK delivery on eligible products.

3. Processing time

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

4. Delivery time after dispatch

Once dispatched, standard UK delivery is typically 3–7 business days.

Estimated total: from order to doorstep, most UK orders arrive within about 4–10 business days (1–3 processing + 3–7 transit).

5. Tracking and confirmation

Where the carrier provides tracking, we include tracking details in the shipping confirmation email.

6. Delays and failed delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email contact@uksupermarket.store with your order number and we will investigate.
